Project Overview
A forensic structural investigation was performed to evaluate the condition of masonry elements in a heritage building. The objective was to assess the existing structural condition, identify deterioration mechanisms affecting the masonry, and provide engineering recommendations for preservation and repair.
Visible deterioration and age-related distress raised concerns regarding the long-term performance of the masonry and the need for appropriate remedial work while preserving the character of the structure.
